Abstract:
The present data-processing device (80) is for preparing print data (D5) for printing on the surfaces of tablets using an inkjet head. The data-processing device (80) comprises a vector-rotating section (81) and an image-transforming section (82). The vector-rotating section (81) vector-rotates input vector data (D1) and prepares multiple vector-rotated data (D2) that correspond to multiple rotation angles. The image-transforming section (82) transforms each of the vector-rotated data (D2) to raster data (D3). It is thereby possible to limit the occurrence of reduced print quality due to image rotation. As a result, it is possible to limit the occurrence of reduced print quality in tablet printing devices. Accordingly, it is possible to improve print quality in inkjet-mode tablet printing devices.
