Abstract:
Disclosed are a data processing method, apparatus and device, the method comprising: a cost balance sub-system sends an authentication request relating to a user to a cost transfer sub-system, the authentication request being used for requesting that authentication is performed on the user; the cost transfer sub-system sends a directed electronic certificate to a client of the user according to an authentication result, the directed electronic certificate being used as a payment certificate of a directed resource cost of the user; a resource sub-system sends a payment request to the cost balance sub-system via the cost transfer sub-system according to the directed electronic certificate shown by the client of the user, the payment request being used for requesting payment of the resource cost of the user; the cost balance sub-system confirms the payment request, and transfers the resource cost of the user to the resource sub-system via the cost transfer sub-system.
