Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fluorescence imaging data processing. Provided is a data processing method for a high-resolution fluorescence three-dimensional imaging apparatus. The data processing method comprises the following steps of: step S1, acquiring from an imaging apparatus a basic fluorescence three-dimensional image; step S2, screening a background region of the basic fluorescence three-dimensional image, and deleting the background region; step S3, performing color enhancement processing on the fluorescence three-dimensional image subjected to the deletion; and step S4, performing re-enhancement processing on a three-dimensional observation surface of the fluorescence three-dimensional image subjected to the color enhancement, performing image enhancement processing on a position in the fluorescence three-dimensional image directly facing an observer, and performing image weakening processing on a position in the fluorescence three-dimensional image far away from the observer. In the present invention, re-enhancement processing in multiple modes is performed on data of an imaging region, thereby solving the problems, such as insufficient targeted enhancement processing and poor observation effects, of fluorescence three-dimensional images in the prior art.
