Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a data processing method, an optical access device, and an optical access system, related to the field of optical communications, and capable of reducing power consumption of a far-side device. The optical access system comprises: an optical access device and at least one PHY processing entity connected to the optical access device. The optical access device receives first downlink data, performs first processing on the first downlink data in the MAC layer of the optical access device, to obtain second downlink data in the form of a digital electrical signal, and sends the second downlink data in the form of a digital electrical signal respectively to at least one PHY processing entity in the form of a digital optical signal. Each of the at least one PHY processing entity receives the second downlink in the form of a digital optical signal sent by the optical access device, performs second processing on the second downlink data in the form of a digital optical signal, to obtain third downlink data in the form of an analog electrical signal, and sends the third downlink data in the form of an analog electrical signal to a CM.
