Abstract:
A data processing method and a related apparatus for completely decoupling base station data and IP data in a data link layer and a protocol layer and solving the problems of safety and bandwidth occupation. The method specifically comprises: a convergence device receives first base station data and first Ethernet protocol IP data (1001); the convergence device converts the first IP data into a corresponding first single-ended signal, and converts the first base station data into a first radio-frequency signal (1002); the convergence device combines the first radio-frequency signal and the first single-ended signal into a first electrical signal, wherein the first radio-frequency signal and the first single-ended signal are respectively allocated with corresponding spectral bandwidths (1003); and the convergence device converts the first electrical signal into a first optical signal (1004), and transmits the first optical signal to a head-end device by means of an optical fiber.
