Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention provide a data processing method and a related apparatus, applicable in the technical field of terminals. The method comprises: when an application draws a rendered image at a first frame rate, a frame rate control system receives a message sent by a cache thread and carrying a second frame rate, wherein the ratio of the second frame rate to the first frame rate is an integer greater than 1; in response to the message, the frame rate control system controls the application to draw the rendered image at the second frame rate; at a first moment, the frame rate control system controls a synthesis thread to use the second frame rate to synthesize and draw the rendered image, and controls a display driver to use the second frame rate to drive the screen to display the synthesized image. In this way, drawing and rendering are switched first, and then synthesis and display are switched, making it so that a display interval between each frame of an image and the preceding frame of the image is identical to a drawing rendering interval, thus reducing jumps in a swiping speed caused by differences between the display interval and the drawing rendering interval, thereby reducing freezing and improving user experience.
