Abstract:
Provided are a data processing method for a three-dimensional model, and a 3D printing method and system. The data processing method comprises: placing, on the basis of a first calibration format of a first energy radiation system and a second calibration format of a second energy radiation system in a 3D printing device, a three-dimensional model within the first calibration format or the second calibration format, wherein the first calibration format and the second calibration format have an overlap. In the above method, a small-format three-dimensional model is placed within one of calibration formats of a 3D printing device having multiple energy radiation systems, such that even if the three-dimensional model is partially or entirely placed in an overlapped region, the same can be manufactured by one energy radiation system, thereby increasing the probability that a three-dimensional object can be manufactured by a single energy radiation system.
