Title:
DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM AND DATA PROCESSING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/135892
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention infers an action torque acting on a valve stem without the need of a torque sensor, and determines, from the action torque, the presence or absence of abnormality in a fluid pressure driven valve. A data processing system (300) of a fluid pressure driven valve (10) comprises: an input data acquisition unit (301) for acquiring input data including time-series data of a valve opening degree of a main valve (11) and time-series data of an electromagnetic valve output-side pressure of a driving fluid supplied and discharged through the electromagnetic valve (1) to a driving device (12) that drives a valve stem (13) of the main valve (11); an inference unit (302) for, with respect to a trained model trained through machine learning of correlations each between input data and output data that corresponds to the input data and that includes time-series data of an action torque acting on the valve stem, receiving input of input data from the input data acquisition unit and for inferring time-series data of an action torque corresponding to the input data; and an abnormality determination unit (305) for performing a predetermined process on the time-series data and for determining the presence or absence of abnormality of the main valve and the driving device.
