Abstract:
According to the present invention, the customer conversion rate for a product is improved. According to the present invention, a key code is issued which is made to correspond to a display D installed in a store S that belongs to the communicable range of a relay apparatus for wireless communication and content of which is changed at predetermined time intervals; the issued key code is displayed on the corresponding display D; when a telephone number and a key code of a portable terminal are received, the display D is specified on the basis of the received key code; and a customer who has inputted the key code into the portable terminal is specified on the basis of the received telephone number; and the latest catalogue of a product associated with the specified display D is provided to the specified customer.
