Abstract:
A data receiving device 20 comprises a receiving unit 22 which receives data which a data provision device 10 has provided, and a transmitting unit 21 which transmits to the data provision device 10 throughput information which includes a present location and throughput. The data provision device 10 comprises: a receiving unit 11 which receives the throughput information which the data receiving device 20 has transmitted; a plan unit 12 which, on the basis of a plurality of instances of throughput information which is received from a plurality of the data receiving devices 20, extracts as preceding data receiving devices 20 a plurality of the data receiving devices 20 which are in locations which precede the present location of a data receiving device 20 for which a plan is to be created in the same route, and creates a data provision plan with respect to the subject data receiving device 20 on the basis of each throughput of the preceding data receiving devices 20; and a transmitting unit 13 which, in accordance with the data provision plan which the plan unit 12 has created, provides the data to the subject data receiving unit 20.
