Abstract:
Provided are a data reading method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium, belonging to the technical field of databases; the described method uses a read condition carried in a data read request to determine a plurality of tuples which meet the reading condition (702); the global transaction status of each global transaction is maintained in a database system; thus a global transaction status meeting a consistency condition is obtained, and, according to the global transaction status, a global commit time is obtained; on the basis of the global commit time of the plurality of global transactions, a target tuple is determined from the plurality of tuples. In the described method, since different global commit times are assigned to different global transaction states, the visibility of tuples is determined directly on the basis of global commission, also preventing the occurrence of DRCC exceptions and ensuring the transaction consistency of global read operations in the database system.
