Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a data receiving circuit, a data receiving system and a storage apparatus. The data receiving circuit comprises: a first amplification module, which is configured to receive a data signal and a reference signal, compare the data signal with the reference signal in response to a sampling clock signal, and output a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal; a decision feedback control module, which is configured to generate a second sampling clock signal in response to an enable signal; a decision feedback equalization module, which is configured to execute decision feedback equalization in response to the second sampling clock signal and a feedback signal in the period when the enable signal has a first level value, and stop executing the decision feedback equalization in the period when the enable signal has a second level value; and a second amplification module, which is configured to process the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal and output a first output signal and a second output signal. The embodiments of the present disclosure are at least beneficial to improving the receiving performance of a data receiving circuit and also reducing the power consumption thereof.
