Abstract:
Provided are a data security protection method and device, relating to the technical field of circuits and used for the scan chain of a system-on-a-chip, wherein said system-on-a-chip is integrated with an embedded secure element (eSE) module, said device comprising: an eSE module global reset unit (200), used for receiving a state indication signal of said scan chain; according to said state indication signal, detecting whether the current scan chain has entered or exited a testing state; if it is detected that the scan chain has entered or exited a testing state, then outputting a reset signal to the eSE module, said reset signal being used for setting the trigger of the eSE module to a reset state. The described device reduces the risk of leakage of critical data.
