Abstract:
The present invention relates to a data source-based service customisation apparatus, method, system, and computer readable storage medium, the data source-based service customisation apparatus comprising: a storage device, a processor, and a data source-based service customisation system stored in the storage device and being able to run on the processor, the following steps being implemented when the data source-based service customisation system is executed on the processor: acquiring user generated content in predetermined data sources; using a pre-trained user group tag identification model to identify the user generated content, in order to identify user group tags corresponding to each data source; on the basis of a predetermined mapping relationship between the user group tags and group services, determining a group service corresponding to each data source, and sending each data source and the corresponding group service to a predetermined terminal, in order to perform group service customisation for each data source. The present invention can perform wide-scale service customisation, improving the efficiency of service customisation.
