Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a data storage method, a storage server and a cloud storage system. The data storage method is used for a cloud storage system comprising a plurality of storage servers and at least one index server. Said method comprises: acquiring stored various data slices of key video data by means of a storage server according to acquired data information of key video data sent by an index server; using a second erasure code algorithm and the various data slices of the key video data to obtain a second preset number of pieces of second redundant data of the key video data, the second preset number being greater than a first preset number; and storing the second redundant data in various storage servers, respectively. Compared to the traditional storage manner of backup, by increasing the number of pieces of redundant data of the key video, the present invention solves the problem that the storage space cost and the data security protection performance cannot be considered at the same time in cases where the data security protection performance is improved by means of backup.
