Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application disclose a data stream classification method, being applied to a message forwarding device between an internal network and the Internet. The method of the embodiments of the present application comprises: a message forwarding device acquiring a plurality of data streams, and extracting address information and time information of each data stream among the plurality of data streams; according to a source IP address of each data stream, obtaining, by filtering the plurality of data streams, a data stream set generated when a first client device accesses a plurality of services; determining, according to a destination IP address and a destination port number of each data stream in the data stream set, a service set comprising a first service and a second service accessed by the first client device; according to the time information of each data stream in the data stream set, determining a correlation between various services in the service set; then determining that the first service and the second service are used to implement a first application; and thus the message forwarding device determining that the data stream corresponding to the first service and the second service is a data stream of the first application.
