Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a first memory (212) which is connected between a first device (100) operating by means of a first clock and a second device (300) operating by means of a second clock, stores first data from the first device (100), and which is read by means of a third clock which is in a multiplying relationship or dividing relationship with the second clock and of which the clock frequency is closer to the clock frequency of the first clock than the clock frequency of the second clock; and a first synchronizing unit (213) for outputting the first data read from the first memory (212) to the second device which does not carry out a sampling process at the second clock.
