Disclosed are a data transmission method and apparatus, and a communication device. The data transmission method is applied to a user equipment, and comprises the following steps: sending first uplink data to a network side device; and retransmitting the first uplink data when it is confirmed that the sending of the first uplink data is unsuccessful.
