Abstract:
Provided are a data transmission method, a data transmission apparatus, and a session management device. The data transmission method comprises: obtaining state information of a terminal that is to receive downlink data; selecting, according to the state information, for the terminal a first gateway function entity used for transmitting current downlink data; determining a first data transmission path between the first gateway function entity and a second gateway function entity; and transmitting the current downlink data according to the first data transmission path.
