Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a data transmission method, an apparatus and a system. The data transmission method comprises: instructing, by a base station, whether a terminal device, which is in a lightly connected status, needs to perform uplink synchronization; when the base station needs to send downlink data to the terminal device that is in the lightly connected status, sending, by the base station, scheduling information to the terminal device, wherein the scheduling information carries an identifier that is allocated by the base station for the terminal device, the identifier being used by the terminal device to identify the scheduling information; sending, by the base station, the downlink data to the terminal device by using the resource instructed by the scheduling information; and receiving, by the base station, feedback information sent by the terminal device that is in an uplink synchronization status, wherein the feedback information reflects a reception situation of the downlink data. Therefore, it can be guaranteed that the terminal device receives the downlink data sent by the base station in time, saving network resources, and improving data transmission efficiency.
