Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of communications. Provided are a data transmission method and apparatus, for use in improving transmission performance of a wireless communication system. The method specifically comprises: a base station receives a CQI reported by a UE; the base station obtains evaluation parameters of the UE, the evaluation parameters comprising a channel type and/or a chip type; the base station queries for a preset correspondence corresponding to the evaluation parameters of the UE according to queried information, and determines transmission parameters for transmitting data to the UE, the transmission parameters comprising a data block size and/or a modulation manner, and the queried information comprising sent CQI calculated according to the CQI reported by the UE and/or a current available code word of a cell to which the UE belongs, and the preset correspondence comprising transmission parameters corresponding to queried parameters of the UE; and the base station transmits data in a cache of the base station to the UE according to the determined transmission parameters for transmitting data to the UE.
