A data transmission method, device and system, and a computer readable storage medium, belonging to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: receiving first scheduling information sent by a base station by means of a first downlink resource, wherein the first scheduling information is used for indicating that the first downlink resource and at least one second downlink resource bear the same target communication data; receiving, based on the first scheduling information, target communication data on the first downlink resource; and when the target communication data is not correctly received on the first downlink resource, sequentially receiving, based on the first scheduling information, the target communication data on the at least one second downlink resource. According to this disclosure, the reliability of a communication service can be improved.
