Disclosed are a data transmission method and device, a terminal, a base station and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises: detecting a first pre-set event during the process where a base station repeatedly sends downlink control channel used for carrying downlink control information; and after detecting the first pre-set event, the base station stopping repeatedly sending the downlink control channel.
