Abstract:
The present invention provides a data transmission method and device for vehicle communications, terminal, and road side unit. The data transmission method for vehicle communications comprises: determining a range where data sent by a sending terminal is allowed to reach, a location distribution condition of receiving terminals in a coverage area of a base station, and a signal coverage area of a road side unit serving as a relay of the sending terminal to communicate with the base station; and selecting, according to the range where the data is allowed to reach, the location distribution condition of the receiving terminals, and the signal coverage area of the road side unit, a data transmission method to transmit the data sent by the sending terminal to the receiving terminals. The technical solution of the present invention can reduce a latency of data transmission as much as possible in the case where a Uu interface and a PC5 interface are used together to perform V2V transmission, thereby optimizing the overall V2V data transmission efficiency.
