Abstract:

An embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission method. The data transmission method comprises: a transmitting apparatus obtaining a first transmission block size (TBS), wherein a bit rate corresponding to the first TBS is greater than or equal to 1; the transmitting apparatus obtaining, according to the first TBS, a second TBS from a predetermined TBS set, wherein the absolute value of the difference between the second TBS and the first TBS the minimum value, the second TBS is greater than or equal to the first TBS and the difference between the second TBS and the first TBS the minimum value, or the second TBS is less than or equal to the first TBS and the difference between the second TBS and the first TBS the minimum value; and the transmitting apparatus obtaining, according to the second TBS, data of at least two different positions in a same encoding block, and transmitting the data to a receiving apparatus, for the receiving apparatus to perform hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) merge decoding according to the data of the at least two different positions. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a data transmission device. Using the embodiments of the present invention, data transmission efficiency can be substantially enhanced to leverage spectrum efficiency of a data link.
