Abstract:
The application provides a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. The method comprises: the network device sends uplink scheduling information to the terminal device, wherein the uplink scheduling information comprises a sending NDI value, wherein the sending NDI value is determined by a reference NDI value, the reference NDI value is determined by the network device according to a preset NDI configuration manner; alternatively, the sending NDI value is determined by the network device according to the preset NDI configuration manner; the network device receives first data sent by the terminal device according to the sending NDI value; the network device sends a response message to the terminal device, wherein the response message is used to notify the terminal device whether the network device correctly receives the first data. The method can ensure that the reference NDI value and/or the sending NDI value of the network device and the terminal device are consistent after an unlicensed transmission mode is changed to an authorization-based transmission mode, thereby ensuring normal data transmission.
