Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a data transmission method and a related device. Accordingly, the problem of network congestion can be effectively solved without an excessively high requirement for the computing power of an arbiter. The method in the present application comprises: a first cache device receiving, on a first path, first data, which is from a first server and is to be sent to a second server, wherein the first path is determined by a first arbiter, which manages the first server; the first cache device sending a first request to a second arbiter, which manages a second server, wherein the first request is used for instructing the first cache device to send the first data to the second server; the first cache device receiving a first response from the second arbiter, wherein the first response is used for indicating a second path, and the first response is obtained by means of the second arbiter processing the first request; and the first cache device sending the first data to the second server along the second path, which is indicated by the first response.
