Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention is a data transmission method for use during a base station handover, comprising: a user device, on the basis of a received radio resource control connection re-configuration RRC CR message, hands over a primary base station MeNB from a first base station to a target base station; and the user device simultaneously maintains an unchanging connection with a second base station and an unchanging protocol entity corresponding to a secondary base station small cell group bearer still transmitted over the second base station. The present invention also comprises another data transmission method for use during a base station handover, a user device and base station, and a storage medium.
