Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission termination method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when it is determined to terminate repeated transmission of first data being received by a first communication device, sending termination indication information, the termination indication information being used to indicate any one or more of the following: terminating repeated transmission of the first data; or transmitting second data, the second data having a transmission priority higher than that of the first data. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when it is determined to terminate repeated transmission of first data being received by a first communication device, termination indication information is sent to indicate termination of the repeated transmission of the first data and/or transmission of second data having a priority higher than that of the first data, so that unnecessary data transmission is terminated in advance while still ensuring data transmission reliability, and the data transmission time delay is reduced while saving the resource overhead.
