Abstract:
The present invention is applicable in the technical field of vehicle electronics. Provided is a data updating method. The method comprises: receiving an instruction for acquiring an update file corresponding to a predetermined vehicle model, transmitting the predetermined vehicle model update file acquiring command to a server so as to allow the server to match, on the basis of the command, an update file corresponding to the predetermined vehicle model in update files corresponding to multiple vehicle models stored in advance, and to transmit the update file found and corresponding to the predetermined vehicle model to a data updating device, and the data updating device updates ECU data of a vehicle on the basis of the acquired update file corresponding to the predetermined vehicle model. The method transmits vehicular system data of different vehicle models to a server for backup, when a vehicle user needs to update a certain piece of data or some pieces of data of a system of self, allows corresponding update data to be acquired directly via the server, is convenient and quick, and obviates the need to update via a service agency of the vehicle brand or other specialized vehicle service agencies.
