Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and provides a data transmission method, device and system. The method comprises: receiving a cellular network available state change notification sent by a terminal, wherein the cellular network available state change notification carries information of the cellular network available state; and when receiving target data sent by the terminal, if the current load capacity is greater than a preset quantity threshold and the information of the cellular network available state is currently available, sending an offloading message to the terminal, wherein the offloading message is used for indicating that the terminal transmits the target data based on a cellular network. By means of the present invention, data transmission efficiency can be improved.
