This daylighting device comprises: a daylighting sheet (13) that has a first surface and a second surface facing each other and causes light entering from the first surface to be emitted from the second surface with a predetermined angular distribution; and a visible light reflection sheet (15) for reflecting a portion of the visible light incident to the first surface side of the daylighting sheet (13).
