Abstract:
A direct current (DC) brush axial flow hair dryer comprises a housing (1) having an air inlet channel (3) provided at one end thereof, and a bypass channel (7) provided therein. A motor (9) is installed in the bypass channel (7). A flow guiding cone (8) is connected and fit to one end of the bypass channel (7) to form an enclosed structure. A ventilation structure (15) is configured at the enclosed structure. The ventilation structure is connected to the inside of a main body of the bypass channel (7) to form an air heat dissipating channel. The DC brush axial flow hair dryer employs a brush motor as the motor (9), which has a reduced cost in comparison to a brushless motor. The motor operates stably, has a high safety coefficient, and is easier to maintain and replace. The heat dissipating channel has an optimized design, increasing heat dissipation efficiency of the motor, and extending a service life of the motor.
