Abstract:

There are provided a DC component extraction filter, method, and program capable of reducing the circuit size and simplifying the processing content. The DC component extraction filter (100) includes: accumulation means formed by a delay circuit (110), adders (120, 122), and a D-type flip-flop (130) for accumulating N input data values; and a coefficient multiplier (132) as coefficient multiplication means for multiplying the accumulated value by the coefficient “a”. The coefficient “a” is set to 1/N a value or not greater than 1 and greater than 1/N.
