Abstract:
Disclosed is a DC-DC boost converter comprising a boost converter comprising an NMOS and a PMOS, wherein the gate voltage of the PMOS is controlled so as to always have an off gate voltage while the NMOS periodically switches between on and off states. The DC-DC converter may comprise: a switching-type DC voltage conversion unit; a PWM waveform signal control unit for generating PWM waveform signals provided for the operation of switches comprised in the DC voltage conversion unit, wherein the duty of the PWM waveform signals is determined by a feedback voltage input to the PWM waveform signal control unit; and a feedback circuit unit for generating the feedback voltage, wherein the feedback voltage is generated by deducting a value proportional to a DC input voltage, which is input to the DC voltage conversion unit, from a value proportional to an error voltage, which is proportional to the difference between a value for a DC output voltage, output by the DC voltage conversion unit, and a predetermined reference voltage.
