Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to increase the lifetime of a plurality of storage batteries as a whole. This DC feeding system is provided with: power conditioners 4a, 4b which supply generated power from power-generating devices 3a, 3b onto a DC bus 2; storage batteries 111 to 11k; high cycle-characteristics storage batteries 11k+1 to 11n; bi-directional DC/DC converters 141 to 14k which perform power conversion between the generated power being supplied onto the DC bus 2 and charged power of the storage batteries 111 to 11k; bi-directional DC/DC converters 14k+1 to 14n which perform power conversion between the generated power and charged power of second storage batteries 11k+1 to 11n; DC/DC converters 5a, 5b which supply the generated power and the charged power to load apparatus 71a, 71b; and a power management device 9 which causes the converters 14k+1 to 14n to operate when the absolute value of a differential power between the generated power and a load power to the load apparatus 71a, 71b is greater than or equal to a power threshold value, and which causes the converters 141 to 14k to operate when the absolute value of the differential power is less than the power threshold value.
