Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a DC power generation device comprising: a field magnet (140) having multiple field magnet iron cores (141) around which field magnet coils (142) are wound; an armature coil (152) formed to surround the outer periphery of the field magnet (140) while being spaced apart therefrom; a commutator (110) having multiple commutator pieces (111) arranged circularly on one end of the field magnet (140) and connected to respective field magnet coils (142) one by one; a commutator brush holder (112) having four pairs of commutator brushes (112A, 112B) on the inner wall surface thereof, each having a phase difference of 45º, so as to be forced against the commutator pieces (111), wherein a DC motor (2) is used to rotate the commutator brush holder (112) which corresponds to and is forced against four pairs of short circuits (116A, 116B) of a distributor (116). Accordingly, the present invention is substantially advantageous in that, contrary to ideas of conventional DC generators, the field magnet (140) and the commutator (110) are not rotated, the commutator brush holder (112) which is coupled to the fixed shaft (100) so as to slip, and which is fixedly coupled to the DC motor rotating shaft (101), is rotated lightly by the DC motor (2) such that no external power and energy are wasted to forcibly rotate the same, and a four-phase electromotive force can be generated by the armature coil (152), thereby making it possible to produce electric power with excellent economic efficiency.
