Abstract:
A DC power supply apparatus (100) comprises: a plurality of semiconductor devices (102) which are multi-phase converters each having incorporated therein a plurality of semiconductor switching elements (Q1, Q2) and a drive circuit (DR) that drives the semiconductor switching elements (Q1, Q2); a plurality of first parasitic inductances (118) that connect the reference potential terminal (GND) of the drive circuit (DR) and the output N terminals (N1, N2) of the semiconductor switching elements (Q1, Q2) in the semiconductor devices (102); a smoothing capacitor (104); and an inverter unit (105).
