Abstract:
A DC-terminal multistage filter structure, a motor controller, and a vehicle, wherein the DC-terminal multistage filter structure is fixed to a DC terminal in a controller housing; the head end of the DC terminal is a high-voltage bus 23, and the tail end thereof is a thin-film capacitor 24; the DC-terminal multistage filter structure comprises a first-stage filter fixing base assembly 1 and a second-stage filter fixing base assembly 2, and the first-stage filter fixing base assembly 1 and the second-stage filter fixing base assembly 2 are linearly arranged in the controller housing in the length direction of the controller housing. The input end of the high-voltage bus 23 is correspondingly connected to the positive and negative electrode input ends of the first-stage filter fixing base assembly 1; the positive and negative electrode output ends of the first-stage filter fixing base assembly 1 are correspondingly connected to the positive and negative electrode input ends of the second-stage filter fixing base assembly 2, respectively; and the positive and negative electrode output ends of the second-stage filtering fixed base assembly 2 are correspondingly connected to the positive and negative electrode input ends of the thin-film capacitor 24, respectively. Integrating numerous filter devices together by means of integrated and modular design can ensure that the EMC capability of the DC terminal of the controller is improved to the maximum extent in a limited space.
