Abstract:
A DC voltage detector (7, 40) detects DC voltage in a thyristor control device which converts a first AC voltage to DC voltage and converts the DC voltage to a second AC voltage that is provided to a synchronous electric motor (11). The DC voltage detector (7, 40) is provided with an AC voltage detector (7) for detecting a second AC voltage, and a calculation circuit (40) for finding a DC voltage on the basis of the second AC voltage detected using the DC voltage detector (7). As a result, there is no need to separately provide a DV voltage detector and thus the device can be miniaturized and the cost can be reduced.
