Abstract:
This DC voltage supply circuit is provided with: a first field effect transistor (FET1) that is inserted into a power supply line (1); a voltage division circuit that is formed by a first fixed resistor (R1) and a positive thermistor (PTC) that are inserted between the power supply line (1) and a ground line (2); a thyristor (SCR) in which the anode (A) is connected to the power supply line (1) via a second field effect transistor (FET2), the gate (G) is connected to the connection point (X) of the voltage division circuit, and the cathode (K) is connected to the ground line (2) via a second fixed resistor (R2); and a third fixed resistor (R3) that is connected in parallel with respect to the thyristor (SCR) and the second field effect transistor (FET2). The DC voltage supply circuit is configured such that, when abnormal heating occurs to cause an increase in the resistance value of the positive thermistor (PTC), the first field effect transistor (FET1) is turned off, and the supply of DC voltage is stopped.
