Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a de Dion type suspension device for a vehicle such as an electric commercial vehicle, capable of handling vehicle types having a variety of vehicle widths, while suppressing cost and further improving reliability.
[Solution] A de Dion type suspension device 1 for a vehicle includes: a pair of hollow structures 54 comprising a pair of first hollow members 14a, 14b connected to resilient bodes 16a, 16b supporting a vehicle body 10a, 10b of the vehicle, and a pair of second hollow members 48 which are linked to the first hollow members 14a, 14b and extend toward the rearward inside of the vehicle; and an axle pipe 18 which links the second hollow members 48 of the pair of hollow structures 54 to support a pair of wheels 8a, 8b; wherein each hollow structure 54 is formed integrally.
