A deaeration structure (10) fitted to a plastic film (3) forming a sealed plastic bag, comprising a frame body member (20) and a cap member (30), wherein when the tip part of a suction hose (50) abuts on the deaeration structure and sucking is started, air in the bag is deaerated and, when the sucking is stopped, the inside of the bag is held airtight. The frame body member (20) further comprises a deaeration passage surface (22) communicating the inside of the bag with the outside. The cap member (30) is installed in such a state that a pair of elastic and flexible leg parts (32) are fixed to the rear surface of the frame body member (20) so that the contact face (31) thereof can close and open the deaeration passage surface (22) of the frame body member (20). The cap member (30) opens the deaeration passage surface (22) by the sucking action of the suction hose (50) and completely closes the passage surface (22) by abutting on the deaeration passage surface (22) with the restoring force of the leg parts (32) when the sucking is stopped and fitting to the deaeration passage surface (22) based on a pressure difference between the inside and outside the bag.
