Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for producing core-gap-shell nanoparticles having a hollow space with an average height of 0.1 to 10 nm in which a Raman active material is disposed between a core and a shell, the method comprising a step of introducing an alloy shell formed of a second metal and a third metal onto a first metal core particle having a surface on which the Raman active material has been modified, and treating with a second metal etchant so as to selectively remove the second metal and carry out dealloying; a core-gap-shell nanoparticle comprising a Raman active material disposed in a gap produced by the method; and a use for biosensing and/or bio-imaging thereof.
