Disclosed are a deblocking filtering method, system and device, and a computer-readable medium. The method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: determining a filtering boundary, and determining a filtering pixel group according to the filtering boundary; determining a filtering intensity of the filtering pixel group, comprising: respectively analyzing a pixel value difference state of pixel points located at two sides of the filtering boundary in the filtering pixel group, and acquiring two unilateral degrees of flatness FL and FR; calculating a comprehensive degree of flatness FS of the filtering pixel group, wherein FS = FL + FR; calculating the filtering intensity according to FS; and carrying out filtering calculation on pixel points contained in the filtering pixel group according to the filtering intensity. Compared with the prior art, in the method in the embodiments of the present invention, a pixel value change state of pixel points at two sides of a filtering boundary is fully taken into consideration, and a more rational filtering intensity determination condition is thus used when a filtering intensity of a filtering pixel group is determined, such that a deblocking filtering result that is more conforming to expectations is finally acquired.
