Abstract:
A device communication apparatus (950) communicates with at least one of a master satellite (310) and a slave satellite (320). A control unit (110) generates a control command (51) that controls the master satellite (310) and the slave satellite (320) to sandwich a debris so as to capture the debris and executes orbit descending active control operation with respect to a frying body in which the master satellite (310), the debris, and the slave satellite (320) are in connection. The control unit (110) then transmits the control command (51) to at least one of the master satellite (310) and the slave satellite (320) via the device communication apparatus (950).
