Abstract:
A method and apparatus for detecting the presence of neutrinos. The method analyzes the radioactive decay rate of two different radionuclides using the same radioactive detector in an alternating series of measurements. Initially, the radioactivity measurements of the two radionuclide samples are uncorrelated. However, when neutrinos are present, the two measurements become highly correlated, providing an indication of neutrino presence.
