Abstract:
The present invention relates to a deck crane comprising a post (111), a slewing device (112), a crane house (113), a luffing drum (141), a luffing motor (131), a hoisting drum (142), a hoisting motor (132), a boom (120), a luffing wire top sheave (114-1), a hoisting wire top sheave (114-2), a luffing wire boom sheave (115-1), a hoisting wire boom sheave (115-2), a luffing wire (W1), a hoisting wire (W2), a luffing encoder (151) for measuring the number of rotations of the luffing drum (141), a hoisting encoder (152) for measuring the number of rotations of the hoisting drum (142), a crane control PC (160) which sets a target length value (Lt) between a boom head (120a) and a hook (H) in accordance with the number of rotations (R1t) of the luffing drum (141) such that the length (Lp) between the boom head (120a) and the hook (H) increases in accordance with an increase in the tilt angle of the boom (120), and which inputs the number of rotations (R2t) of the hoisting drum (142) such that the hook (H) is positioned at the set target length value (Lt) between the boom head (120a) and the hook (H), and a PLC (170) which outputs a motor control signal to the hoisting motor (132) on the basis of the number of rotations (R1p) of the luffing drum (141), the number of rotations (R2p) of the hoisting drum (142), the target length value (Lt) set between the boom head (120a) and the hook (H) in accordance with the number of rotations (R1t) of the luffing drum (141) and input from the crane control PC (160), and the number of rotations (R2t) of the hoisting drum (142), thereby preventing the hook (H) from colliding against the boom (120).
