Abstract:
Provided is a metallic decoration part (10) which is to be attached to a cloth (1) using a stopper (20) having a shaft (22). The decoration part (10) comprises a part main body (11) having an up-down and/or right-left asymmetric decoration (12) on its front surface (11a), and a shaft locking unit (13) provided on the rear surface (11b) side of the part main body (11) to lock the shaft (22) of the stopper (20). The shaft locking unit (13) is composed of a cylindrical unit (14) projecting from the rear surface (11b), and a locking space (15) for receiving, deforming, and locking the shaft (22) on the inside in the radial direction of the cylindrical unit (14). When the decoration part (10) is formed, an intermediate part main body (151) which becomes the part main body (11), and an intermediate part (150) having an intermediate cylindrical unit (154) and an intermediate locking space (155) which become the cylindrical unit (14) and the locking space (15), are pressed between upper and lower dies (160, 170). During the pressing step, one die (160) is used to reduce the inner diameter of the intermediate cylindrical unit (154) toward the projecting direction to make the cylindrical unit (14), and at the same time, in order to determine the direction of the decoration (12) from the rear surface (11b), a concave and/or convex mark (16) is provided on the outer peripheral surface (14') of the cylindrical unit (14).
