Abstract:
On a steering wheel, a thread portion of a self-tapping screw is inserted through a skin layer of a conductive resin and harness terminal to the inside portion of the conductive resin, and, in a state in which the skin layer is removed in the portion where the thread portion penetrates, the thread portion conducts current to the inside portion. As a result, the terminal can conduct current via the self-tapping screw to the highly-conductive inside portion, making it possible to improve the conductivity of a harness to the conductive resin.
